Do I need a card for the free reports?
No. Your first 3 reports are free, with no card needed. A good first test: run a home you sold recently and compare.
Who pays when I'm on a team?
Your team pays for every report you run, wherever you ask: the website, email, Claude or ChatGPT. If you're not on a team, reports come from your own plan. You can be on one team at a time.
What if I need more reports in a month?
On Solo, extra reports are $2 each, only when you say so. On a team, everyone shares 30 reports per agent each month; past that, extra reports are $2 each, only when a team admin says so, and you can add agents any time.
Do changes to a report cost extra?
No. Changes to a report are included. Swap a comp or add something the records missed, and you get an updated report; the earlier version is kept.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Solo is $490 a year, two months free. Teams are $390 per agent a year.

One bill for the team, and every agent's report in the same layout with your brokerage's logo and colors, whether they ask by email, on the web or in chat.
