Is Wyoming a non-disclosure state for real estate?
Yes. Wyoming sale prices aren't public record, as the law below shows. Property Scan builds every comp from a recorded sale price, so Wyoming isn't covered yet.

What that means for comps in Wyoming
The buyer must file a sworn statement of the full price with the county clerk to record a deed. But state law says that statement "is not a public record" and must be kept confidential; it is used only for county sales-ratio statistics. So sale prices are not public in Wyoming.

What Wyoming rules say about broker price opinions
A Wyoming licensee may prepare a broker's price opinion recommending a listing price to a potential seller, a purchase price to a potential buyer, or for any lawful purpose for a third party. Every printed or electronic BPO must include a set statement that it is an opinion of price, not a certified appraisal. Providing a BPO is listed as real estate activity, and a BPO is defined as an estimate of probable selling price.
“Every printed or electronic broker's price opinion prepared as provided in subsection (a) of this section shall include the statement: "This is an opinion of price and is not a certified appraisal of the market value of the property. If such an appraisal is desired, the service of a certified appraiser must be obtained."”
Not legal advice.
